1. Introduction
Welcome to GreatWhiteTrip! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the professional development programs and training courses we offer. By accessing our website and participating in our educational programs, you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, we kindly ask you not to use our services.
2. Program Bookings and Participation
- The booking of professional development programs is binding and subject to our cancellation policies.
- Participants commit to providing truthful information about their qualifications and prior knowledge.
- We reserve the right to exclude participants if they lack the necessary prerequisites or disrupt the program flow.
- The use of our learning materials and platforms must comply with our usage guidelines.
3. Quality and Scope of Services
- We are committed to providing high-quality educational programs with competent instructors.
- The content and learning objectives of the programs are defined in the respective program descriptions.
- We reserve the right to make organizational changes as long as they do not compromise the fundamental learning objectives.
- Participants are responsible for their learning success and the application of what they have learned.
4. Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@greatwhitetrip.com.
- Full refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the program start date.
- A 70% refund is available for cancellations between 7-13 days before the program start.
- For cancellations less than 7 days before the program start, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refunds are provided after a program has started unless there are exceptional circumstances that prevented participation, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If GreatWhiteTrip cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available program.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval using the original payment method.
5. Payments and Cancellations
- Program fees must be paid before the program starts.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the program starts.
- For later cancellations, a processing fee of 30% of the program cost will be charged.
- The full fee will be charged for no-shows without cancellation.
6. Data Protection and Confidentiality
- We handle all personal data and educational profiles according to our Privacy Policy.
- Participants must not disclose confidential information from the programs without authorization.
- Recording course content or sharing access data without permission is prohibited.
7. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, especially in the event of legal changes.
- Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect.
- Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Final Provisions
- Canadian law applies exclusively.
- In case of disputes, the jurisdiction is Vancouver, BC.
- Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
